SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within the Niagara Region. For orders under $100, we charge $15.00 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm on Monday through Sunday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Curb Side Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free curbside pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. Additional time may be required depending on the side of the size of the order and existing orders. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 11:00 am to 9:00 pm on Monday through Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@buttonworld.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
